Elegibility
Be essentially homebound. They need not be bedridden but need of assistance to leave home.The need for intermittent or long term care require skilled care by health care professionals. All services can only be provided upon the order of a physician.
Who Pays?
For qualified patients, Medicare, Medicaid and Private pay (for rates please contact us) cover home health services. The patient incurs no cost unless otherwise notified.Coverage Area
